Physical Education

Orca K-8 Physical Education has had great support this past month from community partners. with the support of Cascade Bicycle K-5 has been working on learning tips about how to ride bikes safely. Wow our students are really getting the hang of balance from balance bikes to pedal bikes.

Meanwhile our Middle School scholars have been using the ERG rowers supplied by the George Pocock Foundation. Students are discovering new muscles and developing cardio respiratory endurance while having fun learning about the sport of rowing. One follow up for those interested in the sport of rowing is a free summer camp:  Learn more about the Pocock Foundation!

Stay healthy!
