What makes Orca K-8 unique:

  • Small class sizes and a close-knit community
  • Garden Program
  • Focus on environmental and social justice throughout the curriculum
  • Art, Music, PE, and Library
  • Math and reading interventionists
  • Extra programs like Speak with Purpose (public speaking) and Band (starting in 4th)
  • Annual Martin Luther King Day march
  • Orca Plus after school enrichment activities onsite

“We love to dig in the dirt with the garden program and to learn in small class sizes. The family-staff relationship is special and a main reason we are dedicated to Orca.”
